  • Maximum of 2 Pets Per Apartment
  • No Weight Restrictions
  • We will collect NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEES (not deposits) in the amount of $350 per pet at move in (subject to change dependent on market)
  • We will collect monthly pet rent in the amount of $30 per pet (subject to change dependent on market)
  • ALL dogs will require the following documentation to be authorized to live on site.
    • Updated vaccination records required by State/Local Law
    • Letter from vet stating pet does not display aggressive behavior
    • Pet interview required with on-site team
    • Photo of pet in resident file
